FOR ALL PACKAGES BOOKED WITH FLIGHT
- No Refund and 100% cancellation if the flight gets cancelled/Delayed/Rescheduled.
- No refund and 100% cancellation for cancellation of the flight tickets at any time after the booking is made.
- No refund for the trip due to delay/cancellation/rescheduled in the flight timings, However if the guest manages to come at his own cost then the trip could be done as per the itinerary agreed upon. However no refund shall be given for the day missed.
- 100% cancellation charges is applicable any time after the advance is paid for the arrivals between 15 Dec -15 Jan
FOR FERRY:
- 5% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation anytime after the order is placed.
- 300 Rupees Cancellation/rescheduling applicable for each person for each side.
- 25% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 7 Days.
- 50% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 120 Hours
- No refund for cancellation received before 72 Hours
FOR TRIPS/ACTIVITIES:
- 5% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation anytime after the booking is placed.
- 25% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 7 Days.
- 50% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 120 Hours.
- No refund for cancellation received before 72 Hours.
- 200 Rupees Cancellation applicable per cancellation of the ticket.
PART B
Hotel Accommodations
Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel their hotel reservations subject to the cancellation policy of the specific hotel. Details of the cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking and can vary depending on the hotel's policy.
Cancellation by https://www.seabeachdelight.com/: In the rare event that a hotel reservation is canceled by www.seabeachdelight.com or the hotel, customers will receive a full refund unless otherwise specified in the hotel's cancellation policy.
FOR HOTELS:
- Cancellation as per hotel policy, we do not charge any extra. Usually the hotel cancellation policy at the islands is as under
- If cancelled from 0 days to 7 days before the check-in date 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled from 7 days to 20 days before the check-in date 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled from 20 days to 30 days before the check-in date 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled from 30 days or more before the check-in date 5% of the booking amount will be charged.
- No refund for cancellation received on bookings from 15th Dec to 15th Jan.
- No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
- The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation for the cancellation of flight/ ferry.
- The Hotel is not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climatic changes.
FOR EA RECOMMENDED HOTEL/RESORTS (R)
- Cancellation charge of rupees 1500 per person is applicable any time after the advance is paid
- Zero cancellation charges and 100% credit note in case the customer turns covid positive before
arrival or Andaman Island is under lockdown (Applicable only if ICMR approved covid test report
are produced
- 100% cancellation charges applicable if cancellation request made within 10 days of arrival
- 35% of the total package amount is applicable if cancellation is received between 11 - 20 days
before arrival.
- 20% of the total package amount is applicable if cancellation is received between 21 - 30 days
before arrival.
- This cancellation policy is applicable only if all the Hotels and resorts booked at Portblair,
Havelock and Neil are Recommended Properties by Experience Andamans
- Not Applicable for Group for 6 Adults or more
- 100% cancellation charges is applicable any time after the advance is paid for the arrivals
between 15 Dec -15 Jan

Car Rentals
Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel their car rental reservations subject to the
cancellation policy of the specific car rental provider. Details of the cancellation policy will be
provided at the time of booking and can vary depending on the provider's policy.
Cancellation by www.seabeachdelight.com: In the unlikely event that a car rental reservation is
canceled by www.seabeachdelight.com or the car rental provider, customers will be eligible for
a full refund unless otherwise specified in the provider's cancellation policy.
A. Booking and Refund of Car Rental/ Cab Service
- Minimum Rs. 500/- have to pay for conformation of booking.
- Cancellation of booking by customer within 0-48hr of service start time will be charge Rs. 500/-
- No cancellation charges required if cancel before 48hr to start service, full amount will be
refund.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual service providers (tour
operators, hotels, car rental companies, etc.). Customers are encouraged to review the specific
cancellation and refund policies of the service provider at the time of booking.
- www.seabeachdelight.com will facilitate refunds in accordance with the policies of the
respective service providers.
Refund Process:

- Refunds will be processed within Five working days after receiving the customer's request,
subject to verification and approval by the service provider.
Partial Refunds:
